Commitments were made. Supplier readiness was hard to see.
For years, participation commitments have been made across procurement, major projects and supply chains. The same gap kept appearing: buyers could find suppliers, but could not easily see what those suppliers were ready for, and suppliers had no simple way to show it.
That is not a problem to be solved one project at a time. It needs a standing, supplier-owned evidence record that any authorised buyer can see with the supplier's consent.
Built in response to known participation challenges
ICRI was developed in response to recurring challenges in seeing supplier readiness and participation evidence across government procurement, major project delivery and participation policy environments.

Built from the gap that kept reappearing
ICRI was created by Louise Vangestel through Regional Advantage Group, after more than two decades working across procurement, project delivery, participation and governance.
Across that work, the same gap kept appearing: participation was committed, but supplier readiness was rarely visible in evidence, and the gap was never properly closed. ICRI was built to close it: to make participation infrastructure that stands on its own, beyond any single project, program or adviser.
