That is not a reporting problem to be solved one project at a time. It is an infrastructure problem, the absence of a common, governed way to make participation visible and assured.

Built from the gap that kept reappearing
ICRI was created by Louise Vangestel through Regional Advantage Group, after more than two decades working across procurement, project delivery, participation and governance.
Across that work, the same gap kept appearing, participation was committed, but rarely visible or provable, and it was never properly closed. ICRI was built to close it: to make participation infrastructure that stands on its own, beyond any single project, program or adviser.

ICRI makes participation readiness, evidence and assurance visible. It does not act as a regulator, certify identity, or guarantee compliance. Accountability for decisions remains with the organisations that use it.
