Regional Advantage Group Pty Ltd (ABN 52 695 328 780, ACN 695 328 780) develops, owns and operates the Indigenous Commercial Readiness Index (ICRI^™). This notice covers this website (icri.com.au) and the ICRI platform (portal.icri.com.au).

Our Standard

We apply the Australian Privacy Principles in full as our operating standard.

What We Collect

• Website: this website collects no personal information: it has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics. If you email or call us we keep ordinary business correspondence.
• Platform accounts: name and email address; for organisation and supplier contacts, role and phone where provided; business identifiers such as ABN and ACN.
• Supplier records: evidence and readiness information that suppliers choose to add to their records.
• Security and audit records: platform access records, including IP address and browser type, kept for security and audit purposes; and records of the consents and acknowledgements you give.

How We Use It

We use this information to operate the platform, administer accounts, keep the platform secure and accountable, and provide support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your information for advertising. Aggregated information that does not identify any person or supplier may be used in reporting.

Supplier Control of Sharing

Suppliers control authorised access to their governed information. Information is shared only through permissioned access established for an approved purpose. How this works is described on our Data & Evidence Governance page.

Service Providers

We use established service providers for cloud infrastructure, communications, mapping, customer relationship management and approved AI-assisted services, under contractual protections.

Overseas Processing

Some processing occurs overseas, including in Singapore and the United States.

Access, Correction and Account Closure

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at privacy@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. Corrections to governed records are made through a governed correction process that preserves record integrity. If you close your account, it is deactivated and your personal details are removed from active use; records needed to preserve the integrity and accountability of the governed record, or to meet legal obligations, are retained under our retention controls, and we will tell you what is retained and why.

Complaints

Privacy complaints go to privacy@regionaladvantagegroup.com.au. If your complaint is not resolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Data Breaches

We assess and notify data breaches in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme as our standing practice.
