Data & Evidence Governance
ICRI™ is an evidence platform built around supplier-controlled records and permissioned access. This page describes how ICRI handles supplier information and evidence.
Supplier-Controlled Access
Supplier control is the foundation of ICRI. Suppliers control their governed evidence records and who may access them; information is shared only through permissioned access established for an approved purpose. Suppliers can change or end authorised access at any time.
Accountable Access
Access to governed information is controlled and accountable, with governance controls supporting transparency and appropriate oversight. Suppliers can see who has accessed their records.
Record Integrity
Corrections are governed in a way that preserves record integrity and accountability; nothing is silently rewritten. Suppliers can seek review or correction of information held on their record.
Clear Boundaries
Authority over identity and standing rests with the communities and bodies that hold it. ICRI presents evidence and readiness; it does not confer certification or endorsement, and participation in ICRI does not determine procurement outcomes.
Traceable to the Evidence
Readiness shown in ICRI is drawn from the supplier's own record and the evidence they have added, including what is still under review.
Indigenous Participation Information
We handle information about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses and communities with care. Supplier information is shared only with the supplier's consent. ICRI does not determine Indigenous identity or community standing; that authority rests with the people and bodies who hold it.
Aggregate Insights
Aggregated information that does not identify any person or supplier may be used in reporting. Supplier-controlled information is never used in identified form without the supplier's authorisation.
